This is an antique, authentic farm-made ladder made from 2” tree limbs as stringers and 1x3 steps. It was originally a 21’ ladder made to work on barn roofs. This is a barn find from Southwest Virginia. It is exactly how I found it other than being cut into 44” pieces to be shippable via UPS.
If you like county rustic this is a genuine piece of the farm that would make a beautiful pot hanger in the kitchen, a wall hanging in the foyer, or a great craft piece to let your imagination be creative.
As I said, it is as found with all the natural patina, dust and dirt that comes from decades in a barn loft.
I have four pieces roughly this size, all coming from the same 21’ roof ladder. Please see all pictures as they are part of the description and include dimensions. It weighs about 8-1/2 pounds. Shipped via UPS.
